Great customer service and a variety of arrangements to choose from. They even offered to make me a bouquet that I had in mind. They made it and went above my expectations. The owner was very nice and helpful. I was going to a party around the area and wanted a nice arrangement for the host. I found this flower shop this past weekend and loved it. The employees are sooo helpful and will help you make the perfect boquet. I was very happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back.
Gorgeous flower arrangements for your wedding, sweet sixteen, special events and very affordable. The atmosphere of the flower shop is soothing with all the different types of flower aromas. The shop is beautifully set up, very organized and The owner and employees are very sweet and eager to help you with all your ideas and envisions. You all definitely have to stop by and check it out.
I placed an order for a Christmas center peace that was going to cost me $98 or 95 can't recall the exact amount. I was going to pick up on the 23rd. I'm not exactly sure what happened but they apologized and canceled my order. Although, I placed it on time so I could secure my order. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Came in today (04/14/22) to see if they have an prom corsage available for today (which I figured they wouldn't because it's last minute) and they didn't which was fine but my mom stopped to look at some shoes they were selling and they lady refused to help her out. They did not want our business at all. My mom and aunt asked her for help finding a size and she told them "you just have to find them on the wall" instead of trying to assist them in their possible purchase. Thanks for the review. The issue here is that u did not get a corsage. This are typically pre order 2 weeks in advance they take time to make. And we try to give it a personalized effect to it by adding your dress colors. Regarding the Sandals there’s a sign by the sandals that clearly state please find your size due to COVID and to limit exposure to my staff. We value every one’s business and my staff well being
I ordered flowers From a florist in Upland California. The flowers were to be delivered to Calimesa, California a residence. The Tele flora system contacted this florist , Aleea Flowers. I tried contacting Aleea flowers at 9:15 in the morning to have a card sent with the arrangement and I got no answer. I called several times between 10 and 2 o'clock no answer. Very impatient on the phone and not helpful. I was in shock about the way I was treated on the phone. The things said to me were very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend calling this shop. In response to the owner, I did not call today.
