DO NOT USE!! I have never been as disappointed in floral delivery as I was by this florist. I ordered Mother's Day flowers well in advance and selected a large sunflower display. First they were not delivered on the day I selected (Friday before Mother's Day) and no notice was sent to me advising they would be delayed. When I attempted to reach them on Saturday because they weren't delivered nobody answered the phone or returned my voicemail message. When my relative past the lady working said they would not have a Cross till after the funeral. We took the Angel begrudgingly. Today I called to order 2 different sets of flowers the 1st was for a living person but quarantined. The 2nd someone not in quarantine. But she hung up on me to answer her cell. My family has done business with them since they have been around. Today that ended.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers (through ProFlowers.com, but this is the local florist who was given the job) to be delivered to my Mom's place of business on Friday before Mother's Day, so she could enjoy them over Mother's Day weekend. I received a notification on Friday afternoon that the flowers had been delivered. The flowers WERE NOT delivered, even though I received a confirmation email that they HAD been delivered.
