Valentine's day 2022. It's my first and last time ordering from this florist. I've never been so disappointed by the presentation of a valentines day rose arrangement. The embellishments to make it look full are just missing in action. The symmetry is way off. It looks like it was thrown together during the delivery ride. Airmont is great! Their customer service is second to none and their arrangements are beautiful. I had an odd occurrence where a funeral was postponed but my arrangement had already been delivered to the funeral home. Airmont retrieved my arrangement from the funeral home and redid it using fresh flowers for the rescheduled service. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution to my issue. Airmont florist is amazing! We were visiting from Maryland and we rented a house from VRBO. We were celebrating my Mom's birthday and I wanted to surprise her when we arrived. Steve had a big, bright and beautiful bouquet of flowers and a balloon waiting for us on the dining room table of the house we were renting when we arrived. My Mom LOVED it. She was so happy and I was extremely happy with Airmont and Steve. Thank you so much! The people of Mt. Airy, NC are wonderful.
DO NOT USE!!! I ordered Mother’s Day flowers well in advance of the day and even asked for delivery on the Friday before to avoid the last day rush. I ordered a large sunflower bouquet that wasn’t cheap. First the flowers were not delivered on the day I requested with no notice that they wouldn’t be. When I called the next day to inquire as to why they weren’t delivered I got voicemail all day long. No response to my voicemail.
