This is my go to florist! I'm out of state and my family regularly deserves flowers in Tennessee. I give a call, ramble on about the specifics, and give a price. They never fail to go above and beyond my expectations.
They made a beautiful flower arrangement for me at a reasonable price. Being a small store they had a limited selection.

I ordered via Teleflora a beautiful arrangement for my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary but what was delivered was such a disappointment! It was small compared to the one I had ordered and very few blooms, just alot of buds! Yes they credited me $18.00 but what a huge disappointment!! Will NEVER use Teleflora or Abloom again! If you do, watch out for sorry substitutions!
They should send an email or a text when the flowers are delivered. I am on the other side of the world and have no idea if the intended recipient received the flowers. Even if I could reach the intended recipient on the phone, it would be inappropriate to ask if they received the flowers.
My flowers were not delivered on time. They were not what I ordered and the ladies that answer the phone hung up on me and were very rude. I will never use this place again.
uh horrible. I order flowers all the time. The difference between what was advertised and what was delivered was sad. I called the mgr and they said they wanted to " work it out" but proceeded to tell me that carnations are the same as long stem roses and then threatened to go to my elderly mother and take back the flowers if i gave a bad yelp review. whatever, I used cachepot in Knoxville the next time and they were FABULOUS. so there you go .
