We ordered a birthday cake floral bouquet for an aunt’s 100th birthday from Abloom Florist in Knoxville, TN. Abloom went above and beyond to make sure the day was special! First they contacted me when there was an issue with my CC (I entered it incorrectly), then they contacted a cousin to confirm a delivery time, then the floral shop owner hand delivered it to our aunt and gave instructions on how to care for it. Been coming to Abloom Florist for all my flower needs for around 5 years now. I have never been disappointed in any of my bouquets. The arrangements are always beautiful and the flowers live a long time with proper care. The people I order for love their arrangements and quality so much I travel about 45 minutes now to pick their flowers up. I appreciate all the hard work and great quality products!
Abloom provided the flowers for my parent's internment at the VA Cemetary on Governor John Sevier Highway. I had no idea what was needed or what was normally done for the burial of an urn that contained both of their remains. The lady I talked to was so nice and helpful and the flowers they provided were absolutely breathtaking. She made the process so easy during an extremely stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough!!! The pictures I took do not do the flowers justice unfortunately.
I asked Abloom to do the flowers for my wedding, and the result was amazing! The variety of flowers, the spectrum of colors, and the design were spectacular - even better than I had imagined (and I have a pretty good imagination when it comes to flowers). Not only did the bouquet look even better than the online photos, but they were extra flexible when I had to move the delivery date last minute. Great service and flowers!
