Horrible. Please avoid. They're probably not (that) bad if your recipient resides in the same town that they operate in, but anything outside of a 5 mile radius of their shop seems to be wildly unreliable. Please look elsewhere. I've dealt with a few flower shops in my life, and this has easily been the worst.

Update: I went ahead and ordered and they sent confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on Sept 22. They didn't actually deliver until the 25th. I sent an email asking for an explanation and have yet to receive a reply. What a joke.

My family has used A House of Flowers twice in the last 3 months, but after today, this is will be the last time. I ordered flowers for my wife 3 months ago and was VERY disappointed when she brought them home. When ordering, I gave them them a price to use plus the delivery fee and was shocked how small the arrangement was for $75. After seeing the arrangement, it looked like a $40 order!! WOW! Went to FTD's website, ordered biggest bouquet, of mainly purple flowers, including 10 roses and a cut glass, vase. 89.95 on FTD's website, then 20.00 for delivery! Flowers were delivered, only 8 roses, half of the flowers were pink (Fiance's favorite color is purple, the reason I ordered purple bouquet), and most of the flowers looked about a week old and wilting.
