EDIT 5/9/21--My daughter complained and they apologized due to hiring extra people who they weren't able to supervise completely because they had 600 deliveries for Mother's Day. They promised to replace my arrangement tomorrow (Monday). I understand and accept the apology and explanation. Thank you for your response. I'd rate you 4 stars now. :) P.S. I ordered a holiday bouquet through Teleflora's website and thought the arrangement looked okay--but items were missing. So I called A House of Flowers, who filled the order, to follow up. Paula said they had several deliveries that day and ran out of items, which they received a couple days later. She said they would do what I wanted, so I chose the option to have the arrangement re-made. We ordered funeral flowers from a House of Flowers and the arrangement was stunning. The staff was very compassionate when I ordered, taking extra time to make sure my needs was met. I've used A House Of Flowers for years and have never been disappointed. Any time I've had a need they exceeded my expectations. I did learn the hard way about using a 3rd party websites to place an order...I paid over $20 in fees just for their service all while I was under the impression that was going towards my arrangement. I use House of Flowers all the time and have never had a bad experience! Paula's work is beautiful and everyone I come in contact with there is always friendly with a smile on their face! Beautiful flowers for a great price!

I ordered flowers for family through the Teleflora's website for Thanksgiving since because of Covid-19 we were not going to be together this year. I received a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I was very disappointed with the arrangement. I will never order from Teleflora again or A House of Flowers.

My parents ordered me flowers for my birthday (the day after Mother's Day). I thought the flowers were okay. They weren't "beautiful;" I couldn't gush about them at all. They were nice flowers. But, I could get this type of bouquet for $12.99 at the grocery store. When I spoke to my mom and showed her pictures, she was very disappointed. The bouquet was made primarily of fillers and the flowers weren't in full bloom.
