Ordered through proflowers a bouquet of carnations, daisies, and roses. This company was the filling florist. Instead of a full bouquet I received a sad complement of 8 carnations and no roses. I inquired about the order with the business and sent a photo indicating no roses were included. The response was that I shouldn't have ordered through a third party vendor (which this guy willingly works with.). Very uncourteous delivery people. I will never use this company after what I witnessed the delivery people do.

Had there been a problem with the product or with the delivery, our phone number is attached to each and every order as is our email. We are a new company and we are a very small company.
