Had artificial plants made for the entrance of my medical office. Show stopper quality and amazing customer service!
Refused to honor warranty on the artificial plants I purchased.... Horrible customer service and communication. Purchased $1200 worth of garbage, avoid this place.... Makes false claims to get the sale!!

The person leaving this review purchased 3 artificial outside plants from our business over one year ago. When he made the purchase over one year ago, having us do the installation was an option which he turned down. The client installed the product outside of his home over a year ago. When he called us a few weeks ago to let us know that the product was recently damaged while outside at his home, we told him that we could order a new product for him and even offer a small discount. My family and I received a fresh flower arrangement just 4 days ago, Saturday March 19, 2022. Today, March 22, 2022, I had to throw out most of them. I kept the roses which have brown edges on some of the petals - a certain sign of very old flowers. There was no preservative packet included as well as no directions as to care. January 2022. I had the worst experience with 2 Lips, with the worst outcome. Basically, I bought what turned out to be a diseased tree from them. I returned to the store for help, open to any form of it, whether refund, store credit, or expert advice on rehabilitation. These folks are 2 for 2 with us. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Maybe others don't realize how pricey a good arrangement can be. We ordered a special bday arrangement with 2 boutonnieres, and they nailed it! So I ordered a holiday arrangement for my family, and it was another solid (same day!) delivery. Best we've found in Laudredale!

When ordering from 2 Lips, it may not be a good idea to pay in advance for a flower arrangement. You may be disappointed.
This flower shop is misleading their customers. They have photos from other florists on all their social media platforms and webshop and present them as their own work. This is plain bad business behavior.
