I needed sympathy flowers immediately for a friend who lost a relative. I called Wake Forest Florist and Emily answered the phone. The sweetest ladies! I was surprised with a bouquet by a friend and it was so well put together. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into each bouquet.

I have used Wake Forest Florist many times over the past several years. They are always very friendly and helpful and put together gorgeous floral arrangements that my girlfriend, now fiancée, is always delighted to receive. I highly recommend them.

I'm from out of state and when I placed my order online I made a mistake. They paid attention to the details and noticed the mistake and were diligent in contacting me. Wonderfully nice and helpful. I highly recommend. I purchased the charcuterie platter for a sympathy gift which arrived on time and I was told very good.

Shop owner was so nice and helpful. I called needing a basket of snacks for family in the area after the loss of a close family member. I live out of state, and was very pleased with the service and attention. The family loved the basket. Thank you so much for your help in difficult times.

I called early in the morning from several hundred miles away, to see about getting a delivery that same day to my granddaughter who lives locally. Allison, who helped me on the phone, was wonderful, kind and patient. She described the options in detail, including pricing and other options available. Daughter-in-law undergoing cancer treatments. Girlfriend stopped in to send her some flowers. They live in Chapel Hill so knew they would need to coordinate with a local florist. They were so helpful in getting the flowers to her. Great business and definitely a business to support in the area.
