My business has used this florist for years - small items like graduation flowers, birthdays, etc. The five star rating is based on the flowers I ordered for a family funeral. The were absolutely beautiful. The owner was very kind during the selection process and suggested items that were just perfect.

Ordered a arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service, never delivered, called to see what happened at 5:30 they were closed, checked my receipt all information correct so will have to see what are they going to do about this. I was unable to attend this service personally and these flowers were very important that they arrive! I even checked with the funeral home but they said nothing was delivered! Just called to place an order for a sympathy bouquet or flower spray-absolutely no sympathy shown. I was asked "for when and does this need to be delivered" followed by a long sigh. The female on the phone was completely unprofessional. I understand if you are busy-you could have just responded with I'm sorry we are unable to take your order.
I want to start this review out by saying that my husband has been sending me beautiful flowers from this florist for years now! We even used them last year for my mom's wedding and had no complaints. So naturally, when I got married I decided to go with them! The flowers for my WEDDING were to be delivered at 2pm that day. I requested for a morning delivery and it was not on time. The lady who took my order over the phone was rude and inattentive to what I wanted written on the card. She was rushing me off the phone. DO NOT GO THERE. Also, overpriced
