I have used Tropical Interior Florist shop for years and for several occasions. Whether it was a wrist corsage, an arrangement for out of state or out of the country, or a local delivery, they always pulled through for me with quality flowers that lasted a long time and smelled great! They always greet me with a warmness that keeps me coming back.

I came in to find a bouquet for my mother's birthday and Jessica was there at the time. It was wonderful to have her advice on which things would look best for a birthday for my mom. We picked out a great arrangement and when it came time to have them delivered, It came very promptly and my mother was thrilled with the arrangements. Thank you to the staff and Jessica for helping me take care of this. I would recommend the shop to anyone who needed floral arrangements!! Wonderful and convenient shop!!!

Very disappointed with our recent order! My husband & I order my mom flowers on my parents anniversary ever year since my fat her passed away. I have used Tropical Interiors in the past, but not sure we will moving forward...... We placed an order for the "Everything's Beachy" Arrangement & it is showed with the vase filled with shells and shells throughout the arrangement. Have placed several orders over the years with Tropical. Have had 3 recent "dissatisfactory" experiences with them. They need to pay more attention to their regular customers. Most recently, I placed 2 orders for Mother's Day and for delivery on Saturday, May 10. I received only one order and when asking the delivery person where the 2nd order was, she said she had no idea. Very disappointed! We paid extra to have the flowers delivered by noon. They did not arrive till 3:55pm. Also, I paid for a large bouquet and got a small one. I called to file a complaint, they said that the owner would call me back but I never received a call. This Bouquet I paid for cost $102 but looked liked a $30 bouquet you can buy at the grocery store.

Completely disappointed with my order. I ordered online as I live in Texas, to send flowers to my children's grandmother in Florida for her 60th birthday. The flowers she received did not match at all with what I ordered online. I even selected the "deluxe" version, which should have been a fuller bouquet and cost nearly $100 with delivery fees and taxes. What she received was wilted flowers that didn't look at all like the arrangement I selected. Waste of money. Never again.

Was very disappointed. My family has gone here for a long time we had always loved this place. We understand it is under new management but this is ridiculous. We ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral. One bouquet was half dead. The corsage we had ordered was the wrong amount of flowers. When we spoke to the owner about it she was extremely rude. Had no care about what we were bringing to her attention. Also was sent the wrong address.

My Aunt died recently and I needed something beautiful to bring with me for this lovely lady's memorial celebration. I was going to order something from them because they have great reviews. The lady who helped me was so sweet but the shop was so stinking HOT I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 3 minutes!! Maybe their AC was broke or maybe the shop owner is too cheap to run it at a decent temperature but 90 degrees inside a store in Florida is UNACCEPTABLE!
