Top Florist - False Advertising They refuse to deliver what you order. Why won't they deliver what they advertise. Bad business practice. I ordered the Standard size Polka Dots and Poises (1st Picture). They delivered Picture 2. I called and said that isn't at all like the picture, barely any roses and not the height in the picture on their website. I said I liked the roses and daisies, that is why I bought that item. Delivery service is awful. I ordered flowers for delivery 2 days in advance and they still have not been delivered as of the afternoon on the delivery date. That and when I called some lady answered but with a very annoyed tone for some reason. I won't do business here again ever. If I could give no star rating I would.
Worst customer service. Flower delivery was not sent. Called to check The status. They stated they contacted me regarding this order. Which was absolutely false. No Voicemail or missed calls. Advised I had the email confirmation which i forwarded to them. It clearly shows the information of the recipient in TX. Don't use them. A business Like this that doesn't understand the importance of customer service and especially when your trying to send something on a special day. Don't support this kind of business.

As a military family and stationed away from my parents/family and friends, I will not get to spend Mother's Day with my mom so I wanted to send her flowers for her special day. Top Florists was offering a 20 percent off special when I placed my order, which took off $12 of my $60 order. I got a phone call from Top Florist and was told that the promotion was only for April deliveries and not May deliveries (I place my order in April 24th for delivery of May 9th). Went this afternoon to inquire about their wedding bouquet & all he had was pictures of flower magazine on a binder. His demos didn't look nicely set up to make me want to buy from there but Their taste still didn't stop me from asking questions. I stood there for about 5 mins while he was on the phone and finally he put the person on hold to approached me. When I was asking the questions I felt rushed. He kept on saying "yeah sure, yeah yeah sure sure" I just decided to stop asking and take my business somewhere else.
After choosing one of the $100+ arrangement options off the website, I was disappointed when the flowers arrived at my wife's office and they did not look like the picture. More of the inexpensive flowers were included and less of the expensive flowers were included. I probably wouldn't be writing this review, but the flowers ALL DIED WITHIN 3 DAYS... terrible.
So disappointed today in this company. I paid to have my flower arrangement upgraded from a $60 arrangement to a $90 ($102 with delivery fee and taxes included) arrangement as the picture showed it was to be a very large and full arrangement. When I received the picture of it after delivery, I could not believe my eyes!!! We had two deaths in the family last week. Mother and daughter. We went to Top Florist for a flower arrangement for the family. It was to be delivered in another state. We paid $200. I told the owner how important this was and why. We choose a beautiful arrangement in a vase with roses etc. What was delivered added to our grief. I could have gone to Walmart for a $5 vase and "purple daisy's". The whole arrangement could have cost over $30. There is absolutely no excuse for this.
Customer service was good, but the arrangement that was delivered was not even close to what I requested online. I do not recommend this florist.
