I have used Telefloral in the past with only one incident for which I immediately received a credit. All deliveries have been on time and have mostly been of good quality. I think a $20 delivery fee is high but I feel like it is compensated with special offers. All in all, I think they are a notch above other services I have used.
It is so easy to order, and find exactly what I'm wanting. No hassles, just simple, and that's exactly what I like. The arrangements I order are so much more beautiful than the pictures.

I return to Teleflora for two reasons: I love the Rakuten incentive AND I am sending flowers to my 98 year old grandmother who lives in another state. Every time I have ordered through Teleflora for her (like 10 times now) the flowers that arrive are beyond fresh and gorgeous! They outsource to a fantastic local florist.
