Ordering was relatively easy. I hope the flowers are as pictured as they are for a child's funeral.
I ordered the honey lavender bouquet because I loved the colors and thought the recipient would also. Unfortunately, the flowers received looked nothing like what I ordered. They were pretty enough, but hardly what I expected. Teleflora should not advertise unique colored roses if the local florist cannot produce them.
Have had both good and bad prior experiences with Teleflora. The good has been very good - beautiful bouquets that were greatly appreciated by the recipients. The bad was just one time and it was handled professionally and with care by Teleflora's staff. Mistakes do happen and sometimes it is out of Teleflora's control. The suppliers have a lot to do with making an order a good or bad experience. I am glad I gave Teleflora another chance.
Ease of ordering and great selection to choose from. Finally, successful orders in the past.
Easy website and extremely easy to use.. I would recommend to anyone ??

I love the Victorian Teacup arrangement as the flowers are beautiful.

Great flowers in an adorable vase. Delivered in great time. However, I ordered (and paid for) a balloon. There was No Balloon!
