I placed an order with a different company and they contacted me to let me know that they couldn't deliver the flowers because it was 13 miles away from them and they were not willing to make the drive.This is a sympathy situation and I would hate to let the person who is grieving know that the flowers we ordered cannot be delivered because of the 13 miles delivery drive.
