We had a very bad experience. Flower were not delivered . When we called to report Nancy said she was going to return the call and never did. After that I was not able to get a hold of anyone in the office. I am disputing the charge.

These flowers were delivered. We got back to the customer the next day, after we were able to investigate what happened. This was a delivery to a hospital, and they did not allow flowers in the patient's room in the CVICU unit where he was, so the flowers were left with the nurse on the floor, who accepted them for the patient.
