I had a very frustrating experience with Surroundings. I had ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Mother's Day. There was an option for delivery for the actual day of Mother's Day (May 10) but the flowers were not delivered. When I called the next day to see what happened, I received a half-hearted apology. They offered to do a refund which I accepted. However, they did not initially refund the $18 delivery fee, so I had to call yet again to get the delivery fee refunded as well. I got Valentine's Day flowers from my son in AZ on the 12th. The flowers are dying already. They were not arranged well neither and the lilies are still closed. Also I was sleeping and heard a doorbell but it was very early. I didn't see them until later out side in 30 degree weather.

I ordered flowers online from From You Flowers which fulfills its orders thru this company. First off, the bouquet was very small and not at all like the picture I ordered. It was as if Surroundings completely disregarded the order and fulfilled it using the dregs of that day. Secondly, the roses in the bouquet severely wilted in 24 hours. My recipient had had this experience before with the company, unbeknownst to me. I don't know where they're getting their flowers from, but I would not recommend the company.

I got a voicemail yesterday morning while I was at work from a delivery person saying that they had tried to deliver a floral arrangement; when I didn't respond to my doorbell, it was left outside my building entrance. I was surprised and confused by the message, so I called the driver back to ask if the arrangement could be taken back to the shop and I would pick it up during store hours since no one would be home until late afternoon. 2 Stars for the flower food, 0 for the arrangement and flowers I ordered the pink roses and it delivered dark red roses. The color choice of the flower wrapping is also very aesthetically unappealing. I wonder why the wrap was dark purple/red color, as I have high expectations of their professions from the discussion. Furthermore, some flowers of hydrogenous were yellowed (I assume dead), which is very unpleasant for me to receive those small and dying flowers.
