Pretty disappointed. The bouquet looked really full in the picture. Unfortunately did not look like that when delivered. I even asked for the premium which cost me $155 but was not what I expected.

I ordered a nice large $ standing flower arrangement on line, and they delivered a horrible small mess! NEVER NEVER ! SHOP HERE! They ripped us off!
I’m quite disappointed with an arrangement I ordered online for my sisters birthday. I selected the “deluxe” size at a higher price because I wanted to ensure my sister would receive a nice full bouquet like the one shown in the picture. I specifically opted out of substitutions even at risk of the order being cancelled if they didn’t have certain flowers on hand because I wanted her to have what I saw in the picture.
