Ordered flowers for a friend for delivery on Dec 28, 2021. Travis called to let me know that he would try to deliver, but the roads were difficult due to the ice and snow. I know that my friend lives on a challenging hill, and I was not surprised to hear that the delivery might be delayed. He called later to say that he was able to deliver the flowers-white knuckling it the whole way. Many thanks to Seattle Flowers!

I wanted to send flowers to a friend of mine and his wife. I received a call that flowers could not be delivered because my friend did not answer the door of his apartment. The delivery person gave me and option of leaving the flowers in front of apartment building or bring the flowers back to the shop for me to pick up later. I was naturally disappointed. I ordered a large arrangement for my hospitalized daughter, and the flowers she received were so beautiful that even the nurses commented that they were the nicest flowers they had seen. I think their price was in line with what other florists charge, and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The beautiful flowers were delivered the same day, and I would definitely use them again.

Not living in Seattle for over 20 years, a year or so ago I was given a couple of names of florists in Seattle to order flowers for my daughter who lives on Queen Anne Hill. I proceeded to call these florists asking if they could deliver an arrangement later that day. I was told no orders taken after 12 noon would go out that same day. I can't say enough good about this florist! It was my best friend of 24 years birthday yesterday and I (of course) completely forgot. I've ordered from Seattle flowers on two separate occasions. Both times they were extremely professional. They stayed on the phone with me and help answer all my questions. I am currently in new jersey and wanted flowers for a friend in the hospital in Seattle, so I was nervous about how the flowers would look since it was my first time. The flowers looked STUNNING and fresh!!! They lasted pretty long. I would definitely trust them and will definitely continue to order flowers from them whenever I need them in Seattle !!

Seattle flowers is amazing. Their arrangements never fail to exceed what they have on their website. The staff is super responsive and helpful. I placed an order online, after hours, and then realized I had given the wrong address. I left a panicked voice mail and they got back to me promptly and got the order delivered to the correct person. I have been a return customer since.

Jenn delivered my beautiful birthday bouquet to my home yesterday. The flowers are AMAZING and she was thoughtful and went above and beyond to assure I received the bouquet in a timely way.
