I ordered a dish garden for a funeral. I chose the one I wanted from the website. I discussed the one I wanted and how it should look. when I went to the funeral I tried to look for it. I saw the plastic the plastic flower pot with some petunia in it. And thought who in the world would ever put that in the church. Come to found out it was mine. Very red faced. I called the floristv I only willing to give delivery charge back. Will never use them again
Could not be more dissapointed with what was delivered to my girlfriend on our anniversary. When she got home from work, which is were i had them delivered, i was in shock when i saw the arrangement. It did not meet the size description from their website. $120 dissapointment.
I was wildly disappointed in the flowers I ordered to be sent to my aunt for Christmas. I ordered the deluxe holiday splendor bouquet, pictured in the first image from the florists website. I ordered online for next day delivery (12/23) but got a phone call at 4:53 pm on 12/23 asking to confirm the address by 5 pm or they would not be delivered until the following day. My boyfriend & I went in to ask if they did prom corsages & boutonnieres. The lady was very snippy & didn't provide much information. I asked her 2-3 questions about the prices depending on the flowers, size & etc. She said it didn't matter the size or what kind of flowers/how much detail each item had. The flower arrangement was nice but they delivered it on the wrong day. Considering it was for someone's birthday, that is kind of a big failure.
