We had a wonderful experience using Royal Petal for our wedding. They are a newer company as Enrika, the owner, took over her mother in laws flower shop and rebranded it, so she didn't have alot of reviews when we decided to hire her. We made a great decision for many reasons. One of these pictures is not like the other. I chose an arrangement for a birthday from Teleflora and it was delivered looking nothing like the picture. I called to complain and was offered a 30% refund. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the flowers I ordered to be resent. They don't do that. They also don't tell you who the florist is.
