Recently purchased a standing spray for my brother-in-law's memorial. I wanted to embed a personal memento into the piece and the florist worked with me to get it right. The arrangement was delivered on time and it was absolutely fabulous. Fantastic customer service and personal care.

I ordered center pieces for my daughter's Christening!! They were absolutely stunning!!! The people working in the shop are super friendly and accommodating!!! The gentleman that we dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! I will definitely do business with them again!!! Great job!!!!

My experience with Rose Of Sharon Florist was Excellent. I wanted a Spray for my Grandmother's Funeral and Jeff made me feel comfortable. He assisted me in finding the perfect spray, and he was very professional. My family and I were very pleased. I will definitely use this Florist again, and I highly recommend this Florist to anyone. This place is more then just flowers!! From gift baskets to jewelry and everything in between! The quality is some of the best you'll find. The owner Jeff has amazing ideas for brides and a talent for creating elegant pieces. If you are looking for quality and creativeness this is the place to go. The fact that they are willing to work with you and your budget for any event is a plus. My budget wasn't big but he made it work the center pieces were beautiful and lasted for weeks!!

Terrible customer service. Owner told me to "stay in my lane" when I called unhappy about an arrangement I received. He also said to go ahead and dispute the credit card charge as "they get them all the time and always win". So be careful if you check the box to allow substitutions. I ordered a ceramic vase on website "to be treasured for years to come". What was sent was a cheap wicker basket. Owner was rude, condescending, and stubborn.

Jeff, you are a bold face lie. The response you provided on my review is NOT how our interaction went. I did not "threaten" you with a bad review. I did ask for a discount but that was more towards the beginning of our conversation. And yes, you did laugh in my face several times. You're acting a complete 180 on this response then you were on the phone. And I did not place my order after closing. I placed my order at 3:32pm. If I could zero stars I would. I called because I was in a bind to send flowers to a friend. I used another florist for my original order and that order was cancelled. I was referred to Rose of Sharon Florist and needless to say I will never use them and will recommend to my NJ friends to not use them. Piss poor customer service. The first store person I spoke to was nice and went to check with their driver to see if the order could be delivered. While I treasure The Craft of flower making and flowers, it was a bit absurd price that I was charged for five flowers with no additional greens, some plant food, and a clear wrap. The shop itself is very appealing and there are a small variety of flowers that the owner offers. The service is okay and it is accessibly located in a shopping center. I've used this shop before for a delivery Ann's had a similar experience for a "bouquet" I paid $50 for. Unfortunate....
