I had imagined when I ordered flowers they would be delivered during business hours, but that’s not the case. It is now 6pm, flowers have not been delivered, and the recipient has left to be out of town for the weekend. Situation made worse when I called to try to get an update on the delivery only to be met with a nasty attitude from the woman working telling me not so kindly that they “don’t guarantee delivery times”.
