Used this place for family funeral and the flowers looked terrible. Some were half dead upon arrival, 4 of the 6 arrangements we rdered came without cards from the wife, son, daughter and grandson. When we arrived the next morning a lot of the flowers were dead and drooping. It was terrible. With the amount of money that flowers cost you expect to have a card with who they are from, but they sent them with blank cards...the funeral home has blank cards. My husband ordered flowers for Valentines days for my daughter and I. Receiving flowers from Rainbow Florist & Delectables has been the most disappointing of all my floral arrangements. He ordered long stemmed red roses for both bouquets and our bouquets included one pink rose each and included common fillers. So much for paying attention to details, they spelt my name incorrect and wrote happy birthday on my daughters card. My husband called regarding the issue and they exchanged the bouquets with roses. I have been doing business here for years and today will be the last time I ever come here. Usually I go in person and speak to one of the employees about how much my budget is, who's it for, and what I would like. This time everything was going as per usual but the employee I met did not seem to want my business. The flower arrangements I've placed and received were incredible for the price in the past. I hired this company for my March 2018 wedding. I had two in-person consultations in which my vision was discussed in great detail along with pictures. I was assured that my vision could be executed by the florist. I was notified two weeks before my wedding that there were issues with the flowers for my bouquet (peonies) due to the season, but assured that I would be satisfied with the alternative choice. I ordered the Citrus Smiles arrangement from the website for my mother's 93rd b'day, but the one that was delivered looked NOTHING like the arrangement photo. Hugely disappointed.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I have to in order to write this review. I placed an order for sympathy flowers on last Fri. Flowers could not be delivered because no one was home. I called and arranged for the receiver to pick up the flowers the following day (Sat). Flowers were picked up. Fine. On Mon we check our account and there were THREE pending transactions for Rainbow Florist, 2 for $116.90, and 1 for $105.95, a totally different amount. I sent flowers to my mother in law, paid to the premium upgrade to the bouquet and was very disappointed in the difference of the photo shown on the website and what was delivered. I contacted the company via the website and was never sent a response. Also, two days after the flowers were delivered they are already starting to die.

Bad ! Bad ! Experience .... Very unprofessional ! They did not follow the "typed" instruction when order was placed on-line. I directed them to place card in a "SEALED" envelope for privacy reasons of course, well the card was read by the entire office &!^@#*(%)! When I place my order and made payment, I created a contract with Rainbow Florist in which they "did not" perform. I would NOT recommend this Florist, as they would place $$ over Customer Satisfaction and their word to deliver what you paid for.

No more! When I was growing up, my mother always used Rainbow Florist, so when I have sent her flowers, I have always ordered from this florist, and I thought I was getting a fair deal. I'm not there to see the flowers (as is most often the case with people who order flowers for delivery, right!) - but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted that they delivered on their promises.
