To all the people who posted great reviews, you guys lucked out. My experience, not great. I went on their website and ordered a flowers and candy combo to be delivered the next day, paid and received a confirmation my card was charged. I entered my personal Gmail and never received an email confirm. So, I called them Thursday evening just to confirm order was received and the woman on the phone was short, abrupt and rude. I'm only giving this place one star because it won't let me give it zero. I just walked out of this business after having the most outrageous experience of my life. I walked in with my mother and my brother to order a casket spray for my stepdad's funeral and the woman working there was extremely rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. That should never be how you treat a customers, let alone customers shopping for funeral flowers. Stay away from this place if you can.
I ordered Mother Day flowers for my in-law, which was presented to her at church, and I have to say that I was sadly disappointed with the flower arrangements that were received. I know that the arrangements would not be EXACTLY what was on the picture, on the website, but I was expecting flowers that already bloomed ATLEAST. I did expect huge bloomed arrangements of a variety of flowers, especially since I purchased the premium($100), but I can only assume that Mother's Day wiped out their inventory.

As such, all designers are required to list what is in each arrangement and to take a picture of the arrangement once completed and needs my seal of approval before it goes out on a truck for delivery.
