Picket Fence Floral and Design did my wedding flowers, they were absolutely, amazingly stunning, and everyone in attendance loved them! Since then, I have received just random bouquets of flowers (Valentines Day, Mothers Day, my birthday!) from Picket Fence and every time the arrangements were beautiful. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone, always! Their customer service and flowers ROCK!
Upon recommendation I got connected with Sarah and her floral shop. Initially, I was thinking I should have scented perfumes of flowers for my sister's bridal shower game, and then when I called the store in Chicago they were like $20 a bottle! Overwhelming kindness! My story is that we received relatively late notice on a funeral visitation, but I was able to call Picket Fence, and they very pleasantly handled an order within two hours. It turned out amazing, far better even than the pictures on the website would have suggested. I had injured my back a few days ago, and their kindness extended to helping get it out to our van and loading the floral arrangement. One simply does not find a level of quality and kindness like this very often. Wonderful place!
Picket Fence Floral was incredible to work with! We used them for our wedding on 10/5/13 and the flowers turned out amazing! We only told Sarah the color we wanted and gave her the freedom to pull it together and it was absolutely beautiful. We were planning the wedding from out-of-state as well and she was even kind enough to send text messages with pictures of the centerpieces and bouquets coming together. If you are planning a big event or even just need some flowers for yourself, definitely using Picket Fence!
My daughter held her wedding at the Felt Mansion in Holland, MI last weekend. She worked with Sarah Boetsma at Picket Fence. She loved working with Sarah, who had such great ideas for decorating inside and outside. The centerpieces were gorgeous, they decorated the gazebo out on the platform where the ceremony was held. It looked so beautiful - especially with the attendants standing in front of it with the purple and orange flowers everywhere. I would highly recommend working with this company for any occasion.
Picket Fence Floral and Design is a wonderful florist. I reside out of state and wanted to send flowers to my sick grandmother the day of the call. The owner of Picket Fence Floral and Design personally took my call and made sure that everything was perfect and the flowers got delivered that day to the nursing home where my grandma is staying. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered two $100 arrangements for Admin, Prof. Day. One arrived, the other did not. So imagine the hurt feelings, there. Upon calling the florist, they admitted they completely forgot the other, and promised first thing in the morning delivery the next day, WITH a box of chocolates to apologize for their error. The next day comes, and flowers finally arrive at 1:30 PM. How is that FIRST thing?? Also, no chocolates. But there's a note saying "Enjoy the chocolates." The arrangement? Small, pit... read more
I ordered flowers for a funeral for my brother in laws mother, and they were never delivered to the funeral home. The funeral home confirmed they were not received, but Picket Fence charged us and refused to call us back or to make it right.
very disappointed the flowers i ordered were far off the description in the picture. I feel they cheated me. The roses they delivered were the size of the thumb. Wish I can upload the pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered.....
