I had the best experience at this florist! I went in looking for a bouquet of flowers in a vase for around $40 and Joe told me to pick whichever ones I wanted out of the refrigerator. I thought that I would just be taking it as is, but he actually went above and beyond to ask me what the arrangement was for. Once he realized it was for my boyfriends mom and that it was my first time meeting them, he fixed the bouquet up perfectly! After giving the owner a picture of what I wanted, I expressed several times I wanted the wings exactly as the picture and the roses in the middle yellow being my mother's favorite color, also being quoted six to $700 then three days later was told between 11 and $1200 which I was fine with as long as it looked exactly like the pictures. Do not recommend. They sent a dying bouquet of flowers to our funeral home. The roses and sunflowers were dying. Looked nothing like the picture I provided. Not worth $250

Unbeknownst to me my credit card information was not working on their machine at their store. We rehearsed the number several times. Supposedly they tried three times and it was declined. I explained to them that I used the card the night before and I called to check on my balance and there was sufficient funds in there. I called another business immediately with a request for birthday flowers and everything went through. I believe Petal Pushers did not want to service my request. T.Burnett

Called the florist to order two presentation bouquets, each costs 100 dollars. The flowers are not only not what I ordered, and also dry and withered. The wrappings are extremely not aesthetically pleasing and without any indication of care. I'm very disappointed and saddened that these are the flowers that I'm giving to my friend for her Graduation.

Shame on you Petal Pushers. My boyfriend ordered an arrangement from you for my birthday and had it delivered to my office. My office mates were so excited for me that they gathered around my desk as I read the card and removed the cellophane. A moment that should have been filled with "ooohhs" and "ahhhs" was filled with disappointment and embarrassment. I received an arrangement from a dear friend for the death of my sister. The arrangement came with many of the flowers dead and broken. I called immediately but could not leave a message due to their horrid answering machine set up. I have been requesting a replacement for over a week and have been made to feel that this was my mistake or that I did something wrong. My sister ordered an arrangement for my birthday. We were not home so they didn't leave the flowers, however they did notify my sister that the flowers were delivered. It wasn't until she asked me if I received the flowers that we figured out that they had not been delivered. I was out of town a couple of days and they finally ended up delivering the flowers to me at work. It was the saddest looking flower arrangement I have ever seen. The absolute worst customer service ! Rude, inconsiderate , and insulting ! Had an absolutely horrific experience trying to purchase flowers for a funeral . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever!
