I had multiple companies cancel my order before I got lucky enough to find Pattersons. They are able to deliver absolutely stunning, reasonably priced flowers same day. Everyone I interreacted with was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I will continue to shop here and absolutely will be recommending this shop to anyone with flower needs.
The flowers I ordered were beautiful and they came when I requested them. Would absolutely use Patterson's again, the recipient also said the woman who dropped them up was extremely cordial.
I called from downstate and had a company to deliver a sympathy basket to a friend. That Company fell through. I called Patterson's Flowers. They were very helpful. They made a beautiful plant arrangement! And sent a picture before it was shipped to my grieving friend. Thank you for all of your expertise! I would definitely recommend them!
This was my first dealing with Patterson's in Reed City, Mi. I live over three hours away, and needed to order a casket spray for a dear friend. The phone service was remarkable, They were very friendly and knowledgeable, to the point of offering suggestions to make the spray perfect. it was a very smooth transaction. We came here for birthday flowers for a relative. We were in a rush so we just looked for an already arranged flowers in the vase. Surprisingly, we saw a very affordable bouquet that looked so elegant. The lady up front was so friendly and helpful. We also liked that they greeted us as soon as they saw us. I would definitely come back in this store beacause they have a big selection.

Patterson's Flowers does a great job with flower arrangements! As a relative who lives far away (west coast) I always trust them with flower arrangements for funerals, special occasions and just to say "hi." They do an amazing job!
Would not recommend! I went in for my wedding flowers appt, and the lady quickly asked me what I wanted. Didn't even take me somewhere to look at flowers, or a book. I said I wanted white lei's and a grooms Lei, and... She cut me off explaining that I must not realize how much lei's cost... And just because S****g got one for his wife... I ordered flowers for my sister in law's funeral and I was sorely disappointed on them. I ordered the Sapphire Skies Bouquet and the bouquet received was not as full as was pictured on the Patterson Flower's website. Living outside of Michigan, I was depending on the reviews of Patterson. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience.
