Palace of Flowers provided flowers for my granddaughter's wedding and they were spectacular. Karen listened to my granddaughter's vision of what she wanted and then provided flowers that were even better than expected. We had many compliments throughout the event asking where the flowers came from. We highly recommend Palace of Flowers. Karen gave this wedding her undivided attention and we were very impressed.

I wish I could give this business a 10. I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral and I was overly pleased with the arrangement. I picked the flowers off her website that was a Teleflora arrangement. She assured me she didn't send them through Teleflora but could duplicate the arrangement. Her interpretation of it was way better then the picture . My cousins wife put them on the family table at the dinner after and took them home afterward. I wish I lived in Indiana I would do all my business with this shop.

I wanted to send flowers to a funeral but I'm from out of town. I'm not familiar with any local South Bend florists but I chose Palace of Flowers, filled out the form and submitted payment. It was after business hours but I wanted to get the order in so it would be delivered to the funeral home on time. The owner called me first thing in the morning to confirm the order and delivery time and ask if I wanted to include a message card with it. Everything was easy! I emailed her my order with delivery date/time, note, and my total budget. I gave her creative control. She sent me a digital receipt. I found out from the recipient that she personally delivered the flowers! Easy!

Recently I ordered an arrangement to be sent to St. Peter's UCC church on Ironwood from this florist. We live in Southern California and at the last minute we found that due to health issues, we were not able to attend my younger sister's memorial. Our hearts were broken. KJ knows what she is doing! I touched down at the South Bend airport and wanted to get my mom flowers for her birthday. I picked up the rental and asked siri for "flower shops near me." I was so happy that siri sent me to this gem of a flower shop! KJ's customer service is simply outstanding. She is friendly, relatable, and an expert in the art of arranging flowers. I go out of my way to get bouquets from Palace of Flowers. The flowers are always fresh and last longer than expected. Karen does such a great job with the arrangements and I always get high marks from those who receive the flowers. Highly recommend!
