rushed order with cc and phone# taken and not verified. both wrong and now no flowers for our anniversary today...and they acted like it was my fault

I don't know who y'all use for your flower deliveries but this morning as my Husband was dropping me off for my chemotherapy treatment at Methodist Dallas, the delivery van driver rudely honked at us several times to rush us. He even had the nerve to throw his arms in the air like we had offended and inconvenienced him. Embarrassing! Ordered gorgeous roses combo (last photo) fromyouflowers which contracted out to North Star Florist for a birthday gift for my mother- I ordered a lovely arrangement of roses combo- received a 5 carnation one rose arrangement (see photos). Really-And... best of all - phoned fromyouflowers for complaint they happily reimbursed and understood my complaint at what was delivered- AND.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! The arrangement that was delivered today looks NOTHING like the picture! Tried calling, but they're closed. I will be calling them tomorrow!
My flowers we half dead already yellowing from no water then it looked like the deluxe and my hubby got the premium. It comes with 2 dozen roses right so why is it that I have 6 regular roses and the rest are the smaller roses... it is terrible to pay over 100 for flowers and it be so mediocre... I called them and they used there recipe for the arrangement. I'm so upset that they would easily take people's money but give them dead flowers.
