The man I was on the phone with had great customer service and was incredibly informational and polite. Being completely new to buying and delivering flowers for someone, he helped me through the process with my given budget and recommended the best flowers for my circumstances. I could not have asked for better service or delievery standards.

What an amazing floral shop! I called last minute for a boutonniere for my daughter's prom. She made the most perfect boutonniere and added the perfect color ribbon to match. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!! 5 stars and will be using this business again for any future floral needs. Highly recommend!

I just moved back here from Hawaii and for the first time in a long time I felt the Aloha spirit from the owners of this business. I came in late as they were closing to get roses for my grandmother, they went above and beyond for us on a moments notice. Their lovely family was very welcoming. My grandmother died two hours after receiving her roses and I felt that their beauty helped her go in peace. North City Florist is owned by a husband and wife. They are the sweetest people you can ever meet. Their Shop is very welcoming. The Mrs. does all the designing herself and she does a remarkable job. I have been ordering from them for a while, and I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this florist. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is amazing!
