Very pleased!
I ordered a corsage and boutonniere from their website and they did not have the flowers to complete the order. The order was cancelled. They did contact me quickly so I could find another florist.

Never received my order! My daughter went to pick up and theiwner said she never received the order and that I was scammed. My daughter had to go to another flower shop.

I ordered on line a bouquet of flowers on May 10 to be delivered to my sister-in-law’s 80th birthday the following day, the 11th. I called Marcela’s around noon on the 11th and was told that it’s going to be delivered around 5:30, I checked with my sister in law and she said no delivery yet, finally it was delivered at 7:10pm. I asked my sister in law if she can take a picture of the flowers I ordered, to my dismay, it was not at all what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Absolutely worst experience. I ordered flowers online for same day delivery, I called the following night to check the status and she said she didnt receive it so I redid it again over the phone. She called me back the next day saying she needed my card information again. Then proceeded to charge me an extra $12 than the total price she just said to me on the phone.
