I was so impressed by Alex's professionalism and customer service I had to leave a review. I wasn't a customer here but I called for some Lillies and Alex assisted me. He was very attentive and helpful. He should probably teach a nationwide class in how to handle customers on the phone. Thank you longmont florist and thanks Alex!!!

You guys are my heroes! WOW! I live way, way over here in Snohomish, WA, and needed a (rather last minute) birthday bouquet way, way over there in Broomfield. They did a beautiful arrangement for a friend whose dog had died and delivered it within hours. They followed up with a confirmation email and phone call letting me know they had been delivered. Reasonable prices too.

I am extremely pleased with this experience. I called to order pink carnations to be delivered for my Sister's birthday. Robin worked with me to get specific on what I wanted in regards to the arrangement and even suggested delivery a day before birthday so she could enjoy them for the entire day. The flowers were delivered today and my sister loves them, and that's what counts.
