This place is fantastic!! I've driven by it for years and years, but I always thought.. oh boy... Littleton address.. this is probably out of my price range.. But I looked them up online and they have a wonderful website, showing all pricing and offer delivery! I had scheduled a pick up today, but it snowed, so I called to ask to postpone my pick up until tomorrow and then I remembered the delivery option. Wonderful ! This is a cute shop that made my day. My mother in-law had a birthday this past week and I found them online and ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered. Results were just beautiful ! It was hard finding a florist you can trust. I wish mother in-law is in CA, I would pick Inspiration Floral (our wedding florist) to do the job, but since it's CO... I ordered a compact modern floral front facing arrangement from them. The recipient sent me a picture of the item delivered and it looked nothing like the item on line. I spoke with the owner and she assured me that the flowers would open and it would be beautiful for many days. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I made an order online from CA and at the beginning it sounds like a good place. I called and make sure I was doing everything right. The people in the store suggest to make the order online and I did. I automatically paid with Apple Pay and the order was confirmed. I also paid an extra fee of 17 dollars for the flowers to be delivered in the am. I called again to make sure if they received my order. I was making sure my friend got her flowers for her birthday. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the owner of this store. My husband ordered me a bouquet for mother's day to be delivered Friday. The wrong bouquet came so we called the owner to make it right. Her first response was for us to bring the bouquet back to her, after we refused (we paid for delivery) her husband brought a new one the next day. Not only did this floral shop call to tell me my $125 floral arrangement would be late for pick up, (on my way to a funeral), but also WAY OVERCHARGED me. I was extremely dissatisfied with the arrangement as it looked like something purchased from a grocery store. As an Event Planner, I am familiar with pricing and design. If you are looking for a custom arrangement, this is definitely NOT the place for you.

Customer service is terrible. They will not admit fault. Delivered TWO different sets of balloons that looked horrible and proceeded to make us believe we did not understand latex balloons. And they charged us $50!!! So sad that they would just not refund our money when their balloons sank to the ground upon delivery to our granddaughter. So sad they don't value our business.

Do not use!!! If I could rate 0 I would. Called from another flower shop for a family member. Was told to use gerberas if possible and no carnations at all. They only put 2 gerberas and many many carnations. (First problem) Plus they told me at the beginning on the call that they would deliver it that day, even though it was in the mountains. If I could give this flower shop less stars I would. Specifically asked for no carnations and there were MANY. Delivered a day late. Ruined the birthday surprise by calling before. Marsha would NOT let me talk when I called to ask about why this all happened. Had to ask her several times to let me speak. Never again will I use this flower shop.
