I wanted to send my boyfriend some flowers. So, I searched for a flower shop near where he lived and stumbled upon Frank's Flowers. I took a chance and boy did they deliver. A very kind lady called me when she arrived at his house to let me know status of my delivery. Thank you Frank's Flowers and I will continue to use y'all on my next occasion.
Excellent service! I need a floral arrangement and walked into Franks Flowers and they made an arrangement for me on the spot in about 10 minutes. They asked me my price range, what type of arrangement I was looking for, and I walked out with a beautiful arrangement! Service was very friendly and fast, I will recommend this business to others.
An average friendly-neighborhood florist in downtown Springfield. A little pricey than expected though.
Just received a surprise delivery for my anniversary. The arrangement is so beautiful! White lilies (my favorite) and red roses with white daisies. It was really heavy, but in a good way because the vase is huge and the arrangement is full. Good to know there is a good local florist in the area.
UPDATE 12/16/2013: had an opportunity to use Langone's again for a Christmas wreath I wanted delivered to someone special. I found their prices to be comparable to those of the online ship-it-yourselfers like ProFlowers. The woman I spoke with was very kind and friendly, they even had all of my information on file, which made the transaction very efficient. I forgot to write and update (probably because I was so ticked). Frank's Flowers blamed it on the internet ordering (ie Telafloral). I called Telafloral and, yes you guessed it they blamed Franks. In the end, nothing. No money return, no plant -and no repeat business from me.
They ruined my valentine day. I Made my order online i regret ordering from them they have very poor serves they given me the run around i highly don't recommend them.
Brent flaked on us a half hour before we scheduled to meet with him, then when we rescheduled we drove 45minutes to the location to find that they were closed for renovations. I believe that's what they call a no call no show at my job. You guys are fired from any business I would have given you
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING TO BE DELIVERED FROM THIS FLORIST. My best friend ordered flowers for me as a get well wish after my surgery. Had a message on my answering machine Wednesday, December 31, that no one was home so they didn't want to leave the flowers. They were closed on New Years so I was supposed to get them on Friday 1/02/15. Called the florist, person I spoke to was very rude.
