Disappointed, I read most of the reviews and was hoping for a good easy purchase. What I ordered vs what I received is very different. I understand they have a substitution policy but it seems like the whole bouquet was substituted. The flowers themselves are nice but for the price I was expecting what I actually ordered. Flowers wilted within a day. Angels had no faces and were brown instead of white. These were for a funeral ceremony so it felt disrespectful bringing these.

Not too thrilled with what was delivered. I appreciated the quick delivery (same day), but bouquet is nothing like what I ordered. Also, it looks like I was charged $20 more than price online.

I needed to bring flowers to work for a retirement breakfast and was traveling the day before, so I decided to have them delivered to my house to make it easy. I ordered a simple small bouquet of stargazer lilies and purple roses with some other filler flowers. The picture was beautiful so I had no reason to upgrade. When they arrived, the roses had brown pedals, the stargazers looked like they had been smashed against something and the bouquet was not at all like the picture. I'm very disappointed in the bouquet that was delivered to my mom for her birthday. It was not the same thing from what online showed. It was completely a different bouquet. I paid for the deluxe and paid $76 with delivery fee and it looked quite smaller than expected. My mom told me they were beautiful and asked her to send me a photo and I was quite upset. It was not worth my money. This is my first and last time ordering from here. If I could give it a 0 stars I would.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day several days ahead because I know it's a busy day. The flowers were not delivered by 2 pm, so I called them and they said there has a been a mistake. After several calls, they said they were on priority and would arrive by 5 p.m. They showed up at 6:30. I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentines Day to her work. I made the order one week prior. My wife never got her flowers. I called at 7:00pm and asked why she didn't get her flowers. They said they didn't get it out in time. They didn't even call me to tell me. Her business was a couple of blocks away. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. When they arrived, the arrangement was small and some were dying. Mind you, I didn't live in the area at the time so I just chose this florist because it's local to my mom. I emailed the business letting them know and never received a response. It has been over a year now and since I have moved back after college, I drove by and realized once I saw the place that they never even gave me the time to reply to my email.
