Expensive delivery. $20 for delivery to a house that is 2 miles away from your business. You must have made $1000 in delivery fees off the backs of your customers. I have purchased flowers from you for Mother’s Day before and delivery was $10. I will not be using your florist any longer.

I ordered a Sweet Tranquility Basket and ended up getting a basket with no flowers. I was prepared for some substitutions but no flowers in my arrangement when the picture highlights the flower arrangement is very misleading. So disappointing...

I was disappointed that the winter arrangement I ordered had to be altered. When flowers are delivered, they are not put in a box and flower food packages are not provided.
