I've gotten flowers here a few times for my girlfriend. They always are willing to work in my budget and meet my flower needs. The people there are also super friendly and helpful. The best part is that the flowers seem to always last a really long time. Leaves me and my girlfriend happy for weeks!
I requested a bouquet for a funeral , they charged me heavily, to receive a 10 worth bouquet . It was awful and then on top of all that they wrote the wrong name on the card after repeatedly telling them how the names were spelled . I said the names over 6 times and spelling it out and still they wrote names wrong . Awful business stay away
I grew up in Moline, just a few blocks from K'nees. It was the first florist I've ever known, and even after moving away from the Quad Cities, I always called K'nees when I needed to send flowers. And when my father died, I ordered the Valiant Honor standing spray for his military funeral. I called in the order while looking at the photo online - that one is priced at $215 - and asked for an additional $100 of flowers be added (total cost was over $350). Wanted something to cheer somebody up in the hospital and to me it looks like a teenager put this together just whatever flowers plowed into a jar.
