We live in Ohio and I called Kleins about plant send for my uncles funeral. The woman with whom I spoke was SO helpful. I found her to be kind and caring, but more importantly, truthful about plant sizes and the value for the dollars you were spending. I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Klein's Florist several weeks ago. Being from out-of-state, you are never quite sure who you are dealing with but I found the owner, Paul, to be a gentleman and very helpful in my selection of an arrangement for the funeral of a close friend's wife. In speaking to my friend afterwards, he said the arrangement was just breathtaking and a wonderful tribute. Others commented on it as well. Thank you so much, Paul :)

Very helpful staff who explain all your options, pricing, and messages to accompany your arrangement. My order was delivered within two hours. Talk about customer satisfaction! The arrangement was beautiful, and much appreciated by those who received it. I would give Klein's 25 stars if I could. Seriously.

We've been going to this florist for over 15 years. It is a family owned business and the gentleman who owns it is named Paul. The building itself has a greenhouse built on the front and it's what you see from the street. You walk through the greenhouse to get to the floral shop. They have books to look through to help you make a selection but I usually talk to Paul or his assistant about what I'm looking for and how much I would like to spend. Paul does amazing work. Don't bother dealing with the man who works there. He's a bit rude and not willing to help. You are better served by dealing with the lady who, I think, is the owner. Prices are steep for what you get. I've spent good money there before, but I will never shop there again.
