I'm a native Austinite, but currently live in the Kansas City, MO area, and I miss the hospitality of Austin. You get that AND great customer service at King Florist. WORST FLORIST EVER I could not be more disappointed. My husband knew both of the prior owners, who delivered amazing bouquets. This year he spent $211 dollars, and if I could show you what they delivered, you'd cry. He told them I love lilies, and they told him they don't have anything other than ""teacup lillies"", but that's not what we got. For $200 we got 20 calla lillies and a few white carnations. Our office called them for a last minute delivery for our co-worker who had just gotten out of the hospital. Asked them about their flowers, prices and charges etc. First of all, they would not do our delivery for us....
