For the past 5-6 years, I have purchased flowers from Keser's for every major holiday for an elderly friend in East Hartford...I live in NY State. I generally pick something I like on their website and ask them to get as close as possible. I worked at a flower shop so I appreciate the issues that come with running a flower shop. At first I tried 1-800 Flowers but could not get the flowers I wanted every time I went to check out. I googled local florist shops and found Keser's. It is clear to see why they have five stars. Not only excellent customer service, same day delivery and the exact flower (tulips) arrangement but more importantly the recipient was ecstatic. I have learned to definitely shop local from now on the service cannot be beat.
I ordered online from Keser's on a Monday morning for same-day delivery. The flowers were exactly as shown - beautiful. in a nice vase. They were delivered by noon, and the recipient said they stayed fresh for over a week. I normally call in my orders to find out what is available and usually order without a vase. DO NOT BUY from this shop. They don’t deliver the flowers you order from the web sight picture. I ordered the fall flowers centerpiece and what was delivered was a centerpiece that wasn’t even close!! How can an order come out of a shop not even looking close to what the picture is? I learned the hard way.
