Rude. Just plain rude. And overpriced. Got a tacky, WAY overpriced corsage and no one said hello to me when I greeted them. My husband had to say hello three times before a woman with rbf finally asked how she could help him. Is that the way you run a business? The corsage looks like something from the 80s for a 10 year old girl. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I highly recommend you get your flowers elsewhere. My mother came in to purchase a corsage and they refused her service because English was not her native language. There are many more flower stores that will service anyone. Apparently, Kennesaw Florists only accommodates white customers.
I recently online ordered a $60 valentine piece for pickup at the store. When I received the order the workers were very nice but I was let down at the appearance. None of the flowers looked like the pictures and most had not bloomed yet. So I told myself I would give them time and take care of them which I have. They never bloomed and some have now started to die. The original product was pretty but not what I paid for.
Have never been so disappointed in flowers! Or customer service! Ordered a bouquet and even asked for it to be deluxe- for my daughter. It came and looked like someone had just put roses and a few carnations in a vase. Nothing like the picture, When I called she said she was sorry. You are kidding! I immediately called the 1-800# I had ordered from and sent them an email with the picture. They refunded me. Won't be using them again.
