Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place will never see any business from me or from my friends. My husband bought anniversary roses and the cost was $90. The roses didn't last more than a day before they died. Whoever sold him the roses must have seen a sucker arrive. He trusted the person and got ripped off. Revised - 3/16/16. This is my hometown florist from when I was little! Same location and same great service. I always call them from LA to send flowers to my family there about 2x a year. They are speedy and thorough so I relax knowing it's taken care of without jumping through hoops via a third-party like FTD. Small town friendliness and caring. I love working with them miles away! I would like to express how amazing Keefes Flowers is. They are so creative and make the best arrangements! They stand by their work and are very friendly to interact with. They have a beautiful store and can get anything to fit my needs. By far the only flower shop to use!

I ordered a beautiful Phalo Orchid plant from Keefe's Flowers for my Grandmother for Valentine's Day. They took such great care of my order and my grandmother loved the orchid! I ordered a really nice arrangement for my wife's birthday last night. I'd like to say they knocked her off her feet and made her feel special, I arranged for them to be delivered when she got home last night from work. Not only did I look like a jerk who forgot my wife's birthday present, but they just showed up early the next day after she went to work and woke me up at an inconvenient time. ( I work nights). VERY DISAPPOINTED!!l I placed an order though telefloral services 300 miles away for a $75 Large Vase of Spring Flowers to be delivered to the church for a family member's memorial service on 3/17/16 When I saw the very small 8" tall vase with 6-8 flowers I was so embarrassed!! Returning to the florist (3/18/16) where I placed the order, they contacted Keefe's to refund.... When ordering online from Indiana for a beautiful Mother's Day bouquet we were quite disappointed when we received a Thank you pic via text of the arrangement. Saying it didn't resemble the beautiful bouquet we chose would be an understatement!! It was puny with straggley stems sticking up. Nothing like the full beautiful arrangement in the photo!! Very disappointing Mother's Day gift delivered to a wonderful kind Mother.

I placed an order for a funeral and when I arrived to see a wilted browning rose as my arrangement I was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service I received from Keefe's flowers... Not to mention that original Keefe Family was present for the funeral service and numerous members mentioned the condition of the flowers.
