I paid $169.56 for a bouquet of cut flowers for my sister's 80th birthday. I expected something spectacular for that amount of money. What she got could have been purchased at the local Safeway for $29.95. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Plus an added "relay charge" for ???
Terrible service, deliver flowers late to a funeral and 1/3 the size it's advertised. We ordered 2 and the weren't even remotely close to identical. They refused to take responsibility or rectify the situation. Would never order from this place again.
Ordered Pastel Petals from the website for a birthday surprise and received something completely different (see photos below). It’s false advertisement and misleading information. Called Karen’s Flower Shop customer service and was offered $10 refund for their mistake. I don’t want $10. I’m very disappointed and will never do business with this shop again.
I have ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday for many years and always been happy. This week was her Birthday and I arranged for a flower delivery.. I was very disappointed 5 flowers in a vase $75.00 I compared last year’s arrangement was spectacular I called the shop to let them know they did nothing Dissatisfied in this local business
My 87 yr old mother ordered a Xmas flower arrangement for over $100. They sent a small glass vase with one rose, one orchid and three hydrangea. She immediately called and complained. Said they would send more flowers next day and then called back and gave her a $10 credit. Disgusting how they took advantage of her. Will never use again.
Give people what they actually pay for My Mom received flowers for her birthday It was the smallest bouquet ever. The calla lilies were tiny, there was 9 in total along with a few pieces of greenery. We found out that they cost $85; which is criminal. We called and complained after 3 days when they started wilting. They were replaced with another small arrangement of white flowers. NOT IMPRESSED. I ordered the Harvest Heartstring Bouquet due to the specific flowers and their significance! What was received looked depressing, nothing like the pictures and I am very very disappointed

Hello Sam, Our apologies for any misunderstanding. Due to the inclement weather we call prior to delivery to ensure the quality of the flowers. When calling a recipient we do not mention who ordered or what is being sent. We just try to ensure the flowers are protected from the cold.
Beautiful red roses arrived on Monday afternoon for my daughter from her husband for their anniversary. Unfortunately by Thursday they had started drooping. There was still plenty of water. I phoned Karen's this morning (Friday) and mentioned this and was told by Kim that roses are coming to end of season and can last only 3 days ( basically these had 2 days of beauty).
