I ordered them as a surprise for my mom for retiring on her last day of school. When I placed my order it only asked me which day and not a time. The shop called me around 3 asking what time I wanted the flowers delivered since in their words "it's the last day of school and they weren't sure if she would still be there" why would you wait to make a delivery knowing school was out. I canceled my order and got a refund and my mom's retirement surprise was ruined

I have ordered many arrangements from Kameo and the last few have been disappointing. Spending over 100$ for flowers you expect them to be large and last more than 5 days. They have had broken stems, some wilting on arrival and bouquets have been small and lack luster. Hoping this can change or I may go elsewhere.
