Ordered a bouquet for a lady friend with whom I'm about to become more serious. Called Hunt's to see if it would be possible to swap out half of the pink roses in the bouquet for red. Was told that if I ordered the "deluxe" (and not "regular") version, they would do so for no charge. Placed the order, cited the associate's name and what we agreed to with pink-red rose swap in the instructions. I am a contractor from out of town and used this florist to send a Christmas arrangement to my client in Baton Rouge. I ordered a beautiful premium red rose and white carnation Christmas bouquet off of Hunt's Flower's website. NOTE: I did not go through a third party to order. I just so happened to be in town meeting with my client when she received the bouquet. On a Wednesday I brought a vase in to Hunt's Florist for a cemetery arrangement for my dad. I was very specific about fullness of arrangement and had to have a bow in front. I offered to pay between $50 and $60 for this arrangement. When I went back on Friday the arrangement did not have a bow (like I specifical asked for), very minimumal flowers and poorly arranged.
