They do no design like the picture shows on their website. They skimpy with flowers. I hope they be fair with their pricing in the future.

If I'm ever ordering flower delivery for anyone, I ALWAYS order from a local florist near the recipient. It's the only way to ensure that what is ordered is what's ACTUALLY delivered. If you order through a larger company (Flowers for you, 1-800-Flowers) your arrangements will 9 times out of 10 not look like what you are ordering. I received a fresh vase of beautiful blooms 8 days ago and most every stem still looks fresh!! I have 20+ years in floral business and I am very impressed with the quality and quantity of the arrangement. One tip when ordering: Ask for a "designers choice" arrangement of the freshest and prettiest flowers they have in their cooler. Florists cannot always make the exact arrangement you see in a picture online. Also, try to call them directly. Most have 1 800 numbers.

Denise is absolutely wonderful!! We used House of Flowers for all of the floral needs in a funeral. They are well equipped for large events, as well as handling last-minute needs. In such a chaotic time, they really came through with some relief. I will definitely be using this florist again for anything I might need.

My wedding was 9 years ago today. I am still boiling mad at House of Flowers. When I met with the lady at House of Flowers, I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. A bouquet full of nothing but French Anemones. I was told that would be no problem. I specifically told HoF that I DID NOT want a lot of greenery in my bouquet nor my bridesmaids' bouquets. I do NOT recommend House of Flowers. I ordered using 1800Flowers. What I ordered is not even close to what was received. The WORST part is I complained so they said they would redeliver something better. What do they do instead? They go to my mother's office and TAKE BACK THE FLOWERS! I got a text "they took my flowers". They didn't replace them or deliver something else later... NEVER GET FLOWERS HERE. My fiance ordered my Valentine's Day flowers from this place this year. He ordered about 2 weeks ahead of time, paid over $100 for a bouquet of tulips (my favorite)... All we got was 10 old, ugly tulips in a clear vase with way too much greenery used as filler. If we weren't already engaged and in love, this bouquet might have been a deal breaker!
