My husband ordered flowers for my birthday. He ordered the Blue Horizon (Lillie's, Roses, and Iris) I got 3 Daisies and 5 Delphinium and a bunch of filler. $110 total for a very sad a disappointing bouquet. I called and she said Iris is out of season and Delphinium was the only blue she had. How about you call the customer let them know you don't have what they want. My boyfriend ordered them for me and paid for them to be delivered before 1 (so I can receive them before going to work) which unfortunately they didn’t deliver them until 2:30 and I was at work. When I got home and saw the flowers, they were… sad. The arrangement was poorly done, the stems of the roses were entirely too long, they were half dead already and I could’ve done a better job arranging them (which I did in attempt to make them look prettier and more alive than they actually were.) Ms. Bourg listened to our wedding plans, heard of our requirements and contributed wonderful suggestions as to how the flowers of our wedding day should be presented. So today I sent my wife flowers for our anniversary. I made this order online while rushing to finish up my work for the end of the week. Due to my haste, I gave them the wrong business address. Due to this error, I sent House of Flowers to the opposite side of town. Even with a careless error on my part, they still managed to find someone at that location to guide them to where my wife actually worked. I ordered flowers through Teleflora which House of Flowers does business with and fulfills orders. The bouquet I ordered was all purple flowers purple roses ect and the bouquet that was received only had one kind of purple flowers purple daisies. This bouquet was nothing like I ordered and if I had wanted yellow roses or different kinds of flowers I would have ordered those specifically. I am very upset about the fact that I spent my money on something and didn't get anything close to what I had ordered.
