I have to say that I have never known a florist that gives such bad service. I received flowers from my son for Mother's Day on the Monday after and I had to pick them up myself. Today I was to receive flowers from the same son. Guess what, note on the door and after waiting for 20 minutes on the phone I got a sorry they close Saturday at 3p. April 2017. I ordered an Easter arrangement for my mother-in-law. She stated the arrangement was beautiful. A couple of weeks later my wife and I went to Shawnee to visit with her mother. I called ahead and ordered a seasonal arrangement. Upon arriving, I saw the seasonal arrangement and was very disappointed. It looked like it had been in a cooler for days. May 2017.
