I called Hills Florist & Gifts to help an out-of-state friend order an anniversary arrangement for their spouse. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. I have never ordered flowers or arrangements before, and the only guidelines I had for her to work from were a $60-$70 budget and a request for orange flowers. This is the second time in six months that I’ve ordered flowers from Hill Florist and Gifts for my daughter, and once again, they exceeded all expectations! Super simple ordering process. The bouquet was big and beautiful! Even better than the picture. They were delivered on an icy and snowy Valentine's day. I called the morning of delivery and offered to come and pick up the next day (it had just snowed and was quite icy), the lady on the phone was VERY nice and told me they're going to go for it (albeit a little later than they usually would)! The order was not delivered on the date requested. Waited all day and was not called until 7:30 PM that the order was damaged and that it would be remade and delivered the next day. Again waited until til early afternoon before delivery. Was told it would be delivered in the morning. The Rose arrangement was nice but one rose did not open. It remained closed! Will not order again!
